Ball Training

Nutrition services include a review of your current diet and recommendations on how to achieve better health through nutrition.  Kris Rogers will work one-on-one with you to create a real-life, healthy eating plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals.

Customized fitness programs will include a healthy mix of the following:

Cardiovascular Exercise

  • Establish a base cardio plan and gradually increase the intensity of that plan to improve overall cardio health
  • Cardio plans may include, but are not limited to, walking, calisthenics, jogging, running, and beginner kickboxing

 

Strength Training

  • Stability ball training
  • Bosu training
  • Free weights
  • Resistance bands
  • Self resistance
  • Pilates

 

Balance and Flexibility

  • Learn how to use key core muscles to achieve balance
  • Learn how to properly stretch your muscles to relieve stiffness and soreness while increasing flexibility
